Company Structure

Clover Corporation is the 100 percent owner of its subsidiary Nu Mega Ingredients Pty Ltd. and has a fifty percent Joint Venture with Austgrains Pty Ltd in Future Food Ingredients (FFI).

Ventures

Nu-Mega Ingredients has entered into exclusive Distribution and Agency Agreements for the Americas and Europe with GTC Nutrition to increase the sales of its products in these markets.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors comprises our non-executive Chairman, our CEO and Managing Director and four non-executive Directors.
Our Directors bring a wealth of experience from the fields of science, business, marketing and finance to the Board.
