The company owns Nu-Mega Ingredients Pty Limited which is primarily concerned with providing Hi-DHA marine oils and microencapsulated powdered ingredients for use around the world in infant formulations, functional foods and other nutritionally focused applications.

The company licenses technology, plant and equipment to Nu-Mega Ingredients Pty Limited for the manufacture of tuna fish oil and the production of microencapsulated powders. The company holds intellectual property for the processing of microencapsulated powders and has a program of continuous improvement to develop the next generation of powders.

Clover and Austgrains Pty Limited established a partnership company called Future Food Ingredients in February 2004 to commercialise technology for the production of unique functional Soy Ingredients from non GMO whole beans. Future Food Ingredients licenses technology developed to remove the “beany” flavour from soybeans so people can take advantage of the health benefits of soy in great tasting foods. A state of the art processing facility has been built in Moree, New South Wales, Australia.
