Dr Brown brings 25 years of technical and commercial experience in the area of food ingredients and nutrition.

Dr Brown maintains strong links to the research community through positions as a Visiting Professorial Fellow at the University of Wollongong and an Adjunct Professor at Flinders University in Australia, and as a Special Visiting Professor at the University of Colorado, USA.

In addition he provides advice on specialty programs at Penn State University and Louisiana State University in the USA. He also serves as the Honorary Treasurer for the Omega-3 Centre Incorporated, a member of the Industry Advisory Council of the National Centre of Excellence in Functional Foods, on the Program Advisory Committee of the Food SME Technology Transfer Program at Food Science Australia and as a committee member of the RACI Cereal Chemistry Division.

Mr David E. Wills, B.Comm (UNSW), FCA

Mr. Wills was appointed a director on 27 January, 2005 and is a Clover nominee director on Nu-Mega Ingredients Pty Limited Joint Venture Board.

Mr Wills holds a B.Comm (UNSW) and is a Chartered Accountant. He was a partner of Coopers & Lybrand and then PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in its Sydney Office for 25 years. Recently retired, he was the Deputy Chairman of PwC Australia for 4 years (2000 – 2004) and Managing Partner of its Sydney office for 6 years (1997 – 2003).  Mr. Wills has experience in risk management techniques, corporate governance and a broad range of consulsting activies for public and private companies.

Mr Guy H. Drummond B.Econ, ACA

Mr Guy Drummond was appointed a director on 13 December, 2005, having been an Alternate Director for his father Dr Charles N H Drummond, the original founder of Clover Corporation Limited who retired on that date.

Mr Guy Drummond is a founding senior executive of the Clover Group and was involved in the sales and marketing of Clover’s Omega3 DHA from incorporation until 1999. Mr Drummond is the Managing Director of a nutritional supplement trading company, Pharmamark Australia which has an interest in a pharmacy retail brand business in South Africa.
