Dr Ian Brown PhD, MSc, BSc, Dip Bus Stud,Dip Ed, AFAIM, MRACI, MAIFST Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
Dr Brown brings 25 years of technical and commercial experience in the area of food ingredients and nutrition.
Dr Brown maintains strong links to the research community through positions as a Visiting Professorial Fellow at the University of Wollongong and an Adjunct Professor at Flinders University in Australia, and as a Special Visiting Professor at the University of Colorado, USA.
In addition he provides advice on specialty programs at Penn State University and Louisiana State University in the USA. He also serves as the Honorary Treasurer for the Omega-3 Centre Incorporated, a member of the Industry Advisory Council of the National Centre of Excellence in Functional Foods, on the Program Advisory Committee of the Food SME Technology Transfer Program at Food Science Australia and as a committee member of the RACI Cereal Chemistry Division.
