refined tuna oil to meet the exacting requirements of our customers around the world.
Encapsulation technology
Nu-Mega utilises a number of patented encapsulation technologies to prepare its
range of powdered omega-3 oil products. Nu-Mega has a long-standing and ongoing association with Food Science Australia and CSIRO to develop encapsulation technologies. These powdered ingredients are marketed under the Driphorm® and ThermoMAX® trade marks.
EXTERNAL Research
Clover Corporation Limited participates and/or provides its products for use in a variety of nutritional and clinical studies which are being conducted around the world. The results of these scientific studies are routinely published in peer reviewed journals.
Communications
Nu-Mega is a foundation member of both the Omega-3 Centre in Australia and GOED (The Global Organisation for EPA and DHA Omega-3) in North America. The primary focus of both groups is to improve and enhance the positive communication of omega-3 oils to all sections of the community.
Regulatory
Nu-Mega is actively involved in the obtaining approval for the use of its products in target markets, seeking approval for claims related to health benefits of long chain Omega-3 oils and DHA, and continually advancing the discussion related to the benefits of long chain Omega-3 oils and DHA.
Products
Future Food Ingredients has expanded its product range in response to our customers needs to produce conventional and organic soybeans as flakes, grits and various grades of flour in both enzyme active and improved flavour forms.
