FFI is a joint venture company with equal equity held by Clover Corporation Limited and Austgrains Pty Ltd.
A State of the Art soy bean mill has been built in Moree which has a capacity of 30,000 MT per annum. The soy mill was commissioned in June 2005 and is now operational. FFI uses a patented technology to remove the “beany” flavour from soy beans so a range of good tasting foods can be produced.

FFI has developed a range of functional soy ingredients made from non GMO whole beans. The products provide a full nutritional profile to food processors and manufacturers who are targeting the rapidly growing well-being market. The soy ingredients are for applications in baking, dairy, meat and egg replacement, breakfast cereals and emulsifiers. These ingredients are available as flour, flakes and grits.
