Clover Corporation

Clover Corporation is a ASX listed company specialising in providing nutritional and functional ingredients. It comprises the wholly owned subsidiary Nu-Mega Ingredients Pty Ltd and the 50 percent Joint Venture with Austgrains Pty Ltd in Future Food Ingredients Pty Ltd (FFI).

Nu-Mega Ingredients

Nu-Mega is a world class manufacturer and supplier of HiDHA tuna oil, a rich source of omega 3 DHA, and encapsulated powdered marine and/or algal oils for infant and children’s formulas, foods, supplements and pharmaceuticals. Nu-Mega also provides other nutritionally important ingredients via novel delivery systems.

FFI

FFI is a Joint Venture company with equal equity held by Clover Corporation Limited and Austgrains Pty Ltd.

The Joint Venture partners are in the process of selling the FFI business.
