Clover Corporation is an ASX listed company specialising in providing nutritional and functional ingredients. Clover Corporation Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary Nu-Mega Ingredients Pty Limited constitute the major parts of the company.

Nu-Mega Ingredients

Nu-Mega is a world class manufacturer and supplier of HiDHA tuna oil, a rich source of omega 3 DHA, and encapsulated powdered marine and/or algal oils for infant and children’s formulas, foods, supplements and pharmaceuticals. Nu-Mega also provides other nutritionally important ingredients via novel delivery systems.

FFI

FFI is a Joint Venture company with equal equity held by Clover Corporation Limited and Austgrains Pty Ltd.

The remaining assets of FFI have been sold. Clover will now take steps to have the joint venture dissolved.
